following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:

         Establishing the Alaska Legislative Celebration                                                                        
         Commission to organize events to commemorate the                                                                       
         100th anniversary of the first convening of the
